Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to buy my own ticket if I don't live in Toronto?
If you don’t live in Toronto, Canada (which is the departure city), then you must purchase the domestic ticket for an extra fee from your home town to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Please contact the Hajj director Mohamed Aden before proceeding.
But if you live in Toronto, Canada, then the answer is no because the package price includes return air ticket (TOR/JED/TOR).
Can I add on other places to visit after my Umrah trip?
Yes. But first, you have to let us know very early because there might be additional fees. Please contact the Mosque and ask for the Hajj director: Mohamed Aden.
What is your refund policy?
Absolutely, NO refund will be made for any payment paid by the pilgrim (Mu’tamir), if he or she decides to withdraw the Umrah travel less than 30 days prior to the departure date.
How is Umrah different from Hajj?
Hajj can only be performed during a specific time of the year. Umrah can be performed anytime of the year and it is shorter than hajj because it takes only a few hours.
